SILENCE MAY BE GOLDEN...
The world grows
more cacophonous
every day. Silence
may be golden
but it's noise
that
gets the attention,
pervades,
peeves,
distracts,
exasperates...
no wonder I find
if I wish for a moment of true quiet
it is only found inside.
