I meander through this forest by day
and by night I cleave
to this waterfall
where I once saw the wee folk
dancing in the spray
splashing in the pool below
reveling in the purity
of this pristine place
and its unclouded waters
lovers dream of places
such as this
but seldom are they found
without elfin eyes
and perception
Nae faerie am I
Yet I pranced alongside
laughing in this fae shower
gladdened by these sprites
who welcomed me
in an enchanted night’s revelry
