Today I make candles

to help dissolve

night's gloom

only a small point of light

but it will cheer

your room

and chase the shadows

from the corners

think of me

when you light

these small tokens

think of me

and the happiness

I find

in making the gift

my thoughts will be

on you as well

for you

are also

a point

of light.
